FNN WELCOMES SOUTHERN LEGACY WRESTLING TO OUR LINE-UP OF QUALITY SPORTS PROGRAMMING

Southern Legacy Wrestling and FNN-The Friday Night Network have reached an agreement where FNN will air all episodes of SLW’s weekly television series on the Network’s 24/7 Channel each Thursday evening at 7:30 PM.  However, this week, due to our SPRING FOOTBALL SERIES, SLW will be seen at a special time on Saturday afternoon from 3:30-4:30 PM.

“We’re excited to welcome the SLW brand to FNN,” said the network’s owner, Jim Jacobs.

“We believe this wrestling promotion has big plans to produce shows on a weekly basis throughout the region.  While their roots are in Munford, I think you’ll soon see SLW in Lincoln and Glencoe.  Both communities are part of our strategic viewing area and to have a hand in helping to promote and grow SLW is very exciting to us.”

Southern Legacy Wrestling runs events at the Munford Community Center the first and third Saturday of each month.  SLW will hold it’s first show at the Lincoln Community Center on Saturday, June 30th.  SLW will also be presenting bi-weekly cards at the White Oak Event Center in Glencoe beginning Tuesday, June 5th.  Expansion plans include stops in Jasper, Alabama in the near future.
