SECOND GAME ADDED TO FNN SPRING SERIES FINALE ON SATURDAY NIGHT, MAY 19TH AT MUNFORD

In addition to the host Lions facing 6A Pell City, the Montevallo Bulldogs will take on the 4A Anniston Bulldogs in spring football action.

Montevallo steps up in class to 4A and moves into Region 3 for 2018.  The Bulldogs under third-year head coach Brandon Wilcox are coming off a 3-7 effort in 2017.

Meanwhile, Anniston Eddie Bullock will begin his 9th season as the Bulldogs' head coach.  Anniston is also coming off a 3-7 mark in 2017.  They'll remain 4A but move from Region 5 over to Region 6 this fall.

Both teams should put plenty of athletes on the field for what should be a competitive, entertaining matchup leading into the night-cap when the Lions will face Pell City.

The doubleheader in Munford on Saturday, May 18th will put the period on FNN's first year to bring Spring Football to our viewers.  The package begins on Friday, May 11th at Lincoln High School as the 4A Golden Bears will host 5A Shelby County.  From north Talladega County, we'll head east and a little south for FNN's first-ever visit to Ranburne on Thursday, May 17th for the doubleheader featuring 1A Wadley facing 2A Woodland followed by 2A Ranburne against 3A Randolph County.  After the final whistle blows, we'll head back to the south end of Talladega County for a Friday night, May 18th showdown between 4A Childersburg and 5A St Clair County at the Tigers' new stadium.

All games will be covered LIVE by FNN Network's award-winning team.  You can view the games here at fnnnetwork.com on our FNN 24/7 Channel, or on the FNN page on Facebook.
